As a lifelong native of Hendersonville, my heart is deeply rooted in this community, and I’m

genuinely honored to serve its residents through mental health care. I’m thrilled to be a part of

the Hendersonville Counseling team and bring both my professional experience and personal

passion directly to the people here.

I’ve had the privilege of working in a wide range of settings from crisis and behavioral health

centers to inpatient and outpatient treatment, addiction services, and private practice. Each of

these spaces has deepened my understanding of how different and personal each person’s

struggle can be, and how much healing happens when someone feels truly understood.

I’ve supported people through PTSD and complex trauma, depression and anxiety, autism

spectrum needs, chronic illness, cancer diagnoses, pregnancy and postpartum changes,

parenting challenges, and substance use recovery. No matter the setting or the concern, my

goal has always stayed the same: to meet people where they are, help them feel less alone,

and walk alongside them as they build healing, strength, and hope in their own way.

I approach therapy through an evidence-based, integrative lens, primarily drawing from

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered care, while tailoring treatment to

meet each individual where they are. My goal is to create a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental

space where you can explore what’s weighing on you, deepen insight, and develop practical,

evidence-based tools that support meaningful and lasting change. This includes strengthening

coping skills, supporting self-care, and fostering self-love in a way that feels realistic and

sustainable in your daily life. I believe healing is not just about getting through hard

moments but learning how to move forward with greater clarity, confidence, self-compassion,

and a deeper sense of care and kindness toward yourself, supported by approaches grounded

in research and adapted to your unique needs.

Outside of my professional life, I’m a proud mom who deeply values time with family and the

simple, grounding moments that bring connection and joy. I enjoy family game nights, walking

my two rescue dogs, or soaking up time outdoors whenever I can. These moments help me stay

balanced, present, and reminded of the importance of play, connection, and enjoying life along

the way. Above all, I believe people don’t have to walk through life’s hardest chapters alone. It

is an honor to walk alongside my clients as they heal, grow, and rediscover their strength.

For accessibility and flexibility, I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions. My current

availability is Monday through Friday, with some early morning and evening appointment options

to help accommodate a variety of schedules. Reach out to join my waitlist for potential Saturday

availability.
