Isabel “ Bella” Rehak, LCMHCA, CADCI, CTP, NCC
Owner, Clinician
My passion for helping and connecting with others was born out of my own transformative mental health journey. I understand firsthand the emotional pain and sense of hopelessness that can accompany life's challenges. Just as I’ve experienced the deep work and rewarding growth that comes from personal healing, I’m committed to walking alongside others on their own paths toward wellness.
Over the past 25 years, I’ve worked in residential treatment centers supporting adolescents and adults facing substance use, trauma, and mental health disorders. My roles have spanned direct care, operations, and administration, giving me a broad understanding of the therapeutic process from multiple perspectives. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida (2013) and a Master’s in Counseling from the University of the Cumberlands (2023). I am an Associate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC-A), a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor Intern (CADC-I), and a Certified Trauma Professional (CTP).
My therapeutic approach is relational and client-centered. I believe that healing begins with feeling seen and understood. I will meet you where you are and work collaboratively to create a plan that supports your goals. I integrate evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), psychoeducation, mindfulness, somatic and an attachment-based framework to promote healing and nervous system regulation.
As a bilingual therapist fluent in Spanish, I also bring a culturally informed perspective to therapy. Having lived in multiple countries, I recognize the powerful influence of culture on our beliefs, identity, and relationships. I believe diversity enriches our experiences but can also create areas of conflict. I am committed to creating a culturally respectful space where we can explore and grow through those complexities together.
Outside of work, I enjoy life with my husband, our three adolescent boys, and our three (very large!) dogs. My favorite pastimes include cooking, crafting charcuterie boards, chasing waterfalls on hikes, discovering new towns, and enjoying rich cultural experiences with family and friends.
